Biography
Broccoli is part of the Brassicaceae family or cabbage family, and is closely related to cauliflower.
Broccoli juice and the sprouted seeds contain a powerhouse of nutrients and beneficial compounds which have been shown to have disease halting or reversing properties.
The sprouted seed of broccoli can also be juiced and has additional benefits to the vegetable such as increased nutritional content.
