Dandelion (Taraxacum) is a large genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae. The juice of dandelion greens has a bittery taste to it.

Traditionally in alternative medicine dandelion is known to be beneficial to liver detoxification, kidney health and for inflammatory conditions.

Nutritional Analysis

Dandelion juice has found to be rich in vitamins A, K, C, E, D and B1, whilst being equally as rich in the minerals iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium.
