Fennel Juice
Biography
Fennel belongs to the Umbellifereae family and is therefore closely related to parsley, carrots, dill and coriander.The juice has a unique spicey sweet taste to it which adds something a little different to your juices.
Traditionally fennel is thought to be beneficial for arthritis, stomach disorders and a tonic to the kidneys.

Fennel juice is high in the nutrients vitamin C, potassium, manganese, folate, molybdenum, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper.
Fennel has unique health promoting phytonutrients but one in particular anethole is a compound which in studies has shown to reduce the incidences of cancer aswell as reduce inflammation.
