Grape Juice
Biography
A grape is botanically a true berry, that grows on the perennial and deciduous woody vines of the genus Vitis. The juice of grapes varys on the colour, from a rich sweet berry like to very sour tasting.
Grape juice has had alot of press coverage due to the phytonutrient named resveratrol which is what is said to give wine its benefits such as lowered risk of heart disease. Research says that purple grape juice is the best of all fruit juices at preventing heart disease and cancer.

Grape juice is rich in the vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, and A. Whilst being equally as good source of the minerals including manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, copper, silicon and magnesium.
