Biography
Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is a temperate annual or biennial plant of the daisy family Asteraceae. Lettuce juice taste is very mild and sweet.
Their are different types of lettuce such as romaine, iceberg and butterhead. I tend to go for romaine and the darker green lettuce's as it has a better nutritional profile, the greener the better.
