Onion Juice
Biography
Onions, like garlic, are part of the Allium family, and both are rich in powerful sulfur-containing compounds that are responsible for their odor and for many of their health-promoting effects. The juice has a strong sulfury taste to it, so little amounts should be used.
The different colours of onion have different phytonutrient make-up thus slightly different benefits.
