Parsnip Juice
Biography
Parsnip (Pastinaca sativa) - belongs to the umbelliferae family which includes carrots, chervil, parsley, fennel and celeriac. As the juice has a strong unique sweet taste so its best to mix it with other vegetable juices to disguise the flavour.
Tradtionally parsnip juice is thought to be a good remedy for the stomach, kidneys and weakness.
Nutritional Analysis
Parsnip Juice is a good source of the vitamins C, K and folate, whilst being a good source of potassium, manganese, phosphorus and silicon.
