Biography
Bell pepper is one of the vegetables in the nightshade (Solanaceae) family, which includes eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes. The juice of the various different colours of bell pepper vary. But they have an sweet slightly acidic taste to them.
The various nutritional profile and phytonutrients vary between the different colours such as red, green, yellow and orange. Juicing a variety is the best way as always to get a broad range of different beneficial compounds.
