Spinach Juice
Biography
Spinach(Spinacia oleracea) is part of the family (Amaranthaceae/Chenopodiaceae) same as chard and beets. The Juice of spinach tastes midly sweet whilst being quite bitter and slighty salty tasting at the same time.

It is said that a half litre of spinach juice will cure the most severe cases of constipation. We prefer to use much less than that ideally a quater of your juices should be dark green leafy juices such as spinach.
