Suma (Pfaffia paniculata) is the root of a rambling ground vine found in South America used traditionally as a medicine and tonic.
Suma is packed with nutrition containing 19 different amino acids, a large number of electrolytes, trace minerals, iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamins A, B1, B2, E, K, pantothenic acid, plus beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, allantoin, silica, glycosides, nortriterpenes and beta-ecdysterone. It has the highest amount of germanium of any herb which probably accounts for its properties as an oxygenator at cellular level.
