Turnip Greens Juice
Biography
Turnip root is part of the Brassicaceae family. The juice has a potent green taste to it, so its best to only use small amounts. The darker the greens the better it is said. Ounce for ounce contains more calcium than milk.
Turnip greens like other dark green leafy vegetables are a high source of calcium, try and mix them with high magnesium vegetable juices.
