Broccoli Cucumber Celery Juice Recipe
- 3 Broccoli Florets
- 2 Stalks Of Celery
- Half A Cucumber(Organic)*

Throughly wash all vegetables.
Broccoli as with many of the other green vegetables are considered goitrogenic which means they suppress thyroid function by interfering with the thyroids intake of iodine. This can cause problems in those with thyroid disease, low dietary iodine intake or deficiency.
Make sure your Cucumber is organic when juicing as non-organic produce such as Cucumbers are often waxed.
Start slow with the green juices as they are potent detoxifiers and may cause mild cleansing reactions in some. Always consult a doctor before any lifestyle changes.
Process the vegetables in the juicer and drink immediatley.
