Biography
Watermelon is part of the Cucurbitaceae family, and is related to the cantaloupe, squash and pumpkin. The juice of watermelon has a very cooling sweet taste. Watermelons like other melons should be juiced on their own rather than added to other fruits and vegetable juices.
Traditionally watermelon juice is reduce internal heat, treat mouth ulcers and quench thirst.
